Can I play JetSet club without a mobile?

No - The JetSet Club is a mobile subscription based competition and can not be played without a mobile phone.

Will my mobile phone work with the JetSet Club Superquiz?

Yes – Any mobile phone that can send and accept text messages on Vodafone, O2, Orange , T-Mobile and Virgin Mobile networks will be able to access the JetSet Club and Superquiz.

Why am I receiving messages?

When you claim your free holiday or join the JetSet Club it is likely that you will receive a combination of information, Superquiz competition questions and/or billing messages. Many of the messages you receive from us are not billed but are there to provide you with help in playing the JetSet Superquiz.

Receiving weekly texts from us? The JetSet Club is a subscription service offering you the chance to win £1000 cash every week and receive monthly rewards worth over £50 in your colour newsletter. If you are not satisfied with the service you are free to unsubscribe before the end of the trial period of 14 days and will not incur any charges. It is important to note that with the JetSet Club, if you do not unsubscribe before the end of the trial you will start incurring the stated charges set-out in the terms and conditions in the advertising material. Therefore you will start to receive Superquiz questions and billing messages once the trial period is over if you are still subscribed. This may explain why you are receiving messages every week.

It is very important that you read the terms and conditions prior to claiming/playing. The JetSet Club's services and advertising adhere to ICSTIS and ASA rules and regulations.

Billing VS Information Messages

You may receive both billing messages and information text messages from us if you've joined the JetSet Club. You will not be billed more than the price stated in the advertising even though you may receive several kinds of messages from us.

It is necessary for us to send you information text messages to assist you in playing the JetSet Club Superquiz competition and providing you with help information. Often such information will be included within the billing messages in order to reduce the number of texts that you receive. If you request help at anytime, this information is not charged.

We will try to inform you within the messages if it is not charged, for example, we may include ‘free msg' which means that the message is not charged. Please note though that this does not mean that every other message we send you is charged – we just try to include that where possible (sometimes there is not enough space).

Many customers confuse our services with our competitors. To be sure that the services you have a problem with are provided by the JetSet Club, please check that any related messages originates from one of the below short codes.

The JetSet Club sometimes uses services provided by third parties, in this case you may receive messages from other short codes. If you receive any messages from any other codes then this is not the JetSet Club.

When you join the JetSet Club, you may in the future receive details of further offers. We only send you offers from the JetSet Club, not from anyone else and we hope you will find them interesting and useful. Sometimes we might send you details of brand new services or rewards you can get before anyone else, special offers, discounts and freebies. It costs you nothing to receive this information and we will only contact you occasionally when we've something new we don't want you to miss out on.

However if you would rather not get these messages, you can easily stop receiving them. The quickest way is just to write X as a text message and send to 07781484472. You will be removed from any promotions. Or you can always write to us at JetSet Club, PO Box 900 , Washington NE34 0QL . You may receive some promotions up to 7 days after we receive your request for this to stop.

Please note that removing yourself from future promotional offers does not unsubscribe you from any competition related services.

Refunds

If the Customer Care Manager confirms that a refund is due, then credit will not be sent back to your phone as the Network's do not allow us to do this. All refunds must be requested in writing after a Customer Care representative has advised that a refund may be applicable. Only the Customer Care Manager can authorize a refund. Please first contact a Customer Care representative via the helpline before requesting a refund in writing.
