JetSet Club Membership
Your JetSet membership will automatically be activated 14 days after
the initial registration. If you are not satisfied with the service
you are free to unsubscribe before the end of the trial period of
14 days and will not incur any charges. It is important to note that
with the JetSet Club, if you do not unsubscribe before the end of
the trial you will start incurring the stated charges set-out in
the terms and conditions in the advertising material. Therefore you
will start to receive Superquiz questions and billing messages once
the trial period is over if you are still subscribed. Only one entry
to the JetSet Club is allowed per person and in the event that we
suspect this rule has been broken by it is up to you to prove your
eligibility to claim the prize to our satisfaction within a reasonable
time upon request by us. The JetSet Club reserves the right to cancel
all or part of the JetSet Club without prior notice. It is a condition
of each entry to the JetSet Club that you must be at least 18 years
of age and resident in the United Kingdom . You may not participate
from outside the United Kingdom . You may not play the or join the
Superquiz and you will not be eligible for any prize if you are employed
by Monstermob Group PLC. (or by any of its member or affiliated companies)
you will also not be eligible if you are part of the immediate family
(including a live-in partner) of anyone employed by any of the companies
mentioned in this clause. Failure to provide proof of eligibility
within a reasonable time upon request by Mediaprom (together "we", "us" and "our")
may result in disqualification and/or a prize being withheld or withdrawn.
JetSet Club Rewards/Newsletter
JetSet Club monthly rewards will be supplied only with your monthly
newsletter. If you cease to be a JetSet member during any one mailing
month you will cease to receive your following JetSet Club rewards/newsletter
and any subsequent rewards/newsletter there after. The JetSet Club,
nor its agent and distributors can not accept liability for lost,
stolen or damaged vouchers and reserves the right to withdraw or
amend any details and/or prices without notice. The JetSet Club,
nor its agent and distributors can be held responsible for any attractions
subsequently declining acceptance of vouchers for reasons of their
own.
Superquiz Rules
For the Superquiz there is only one Maximum Prize of £1000
per week. A Maximum Prize of £1000 will be awarded to the Player
who answers the first round question correctly within 1 hour and
subsequent question in the fastest time of all correct entrants received
by our system. An incorrect answer at any stage will end your game
for that week. For each round you will be asked a general knowledge
question together with three multiple choice answers. The first round
every week will commence at 18.00 every Thursday and finishes at
19:00 the same day. The final question will be sent shortly afterwards
to all correct entrants. The fastest correct respondent received
by our system will be able to claim the Prize. The JetSet Club can
not be held responsible for any text messages not received or delayed
due to exterior network problems. The weekly Prize winner will be
the first message received by our system, no correspondence will
be entered into in the event of a dispute our decision is final.
A Winner will be notified by text message shortly after the Superquiz
has finished. They will further be contacted on the following Friday
by the Prize Manager to confirm the win. A full monthly winners list
will be published in your monthly newsletter or by writing to: JetSetWL,
PO Box 900 , Washington NE34 0QL . It is a Winner's responsibility
to provide the correct contact details.
In the event of a dead heat the Maximum Weekly Prize will be shared
equally between all correct entrants with the fastest response time
received by our system.
Payments to a Winner will be sent by cheque within 14 days to the
Winner's relevant address after the end of the relevant Prize Game
Week.
By entering the Prize Games you hereby agree to your details being
published on the websites and in any of the JetSet Club's publicity
material. If you win any of the prizes you agree to participate in
publicity at our request including providing us with a photo of yourself
in the event that your winnings are regarded by us in our sole discretion
as worthy of publicity. Unfortunately we cannot agree to return any
photos or material you send to us so don't send anything with sentimental
meaning. We shall make reasonable efforts to protect your privacy,
but shall not be liable for any damages resulting directly or indirectly
from a failure to do so.
No correspondence will be entered into, we have the sole discretion
to determine what answers are correct to any question and in the
event of dispute our decision is final.
JetSet Club Unsubscribe
If you no longer wish to be a JetSet Club Member and have the chance
to win £1000 cash every week send the word JET STOP to 87979.
